Creative Kickoff + Agreement: We’ll start with a chat to learn more about your business, discuss your goals, and answer any questions about our process and pricing. If we're a perfect match, we'll send over a contract, an initial invoice, a project schedule, and all the information you need to know to officially reserve your website design project. Before getting a website design done, a minimum of a logo, color palette, and type kit are required.

Pre-Game Prep + Game Plan Strategy: Once you're added to our schedule, we'll collaborate with you to gather additional information about your business, collect inspiration, prepare any necessary writing, and conduct light market research. Then, we'll review our game plan, answer any final questions, and start your project!

Rough Draft: We'll develop a rough draft (also known as a wireframe) of your website layout, including all the writing and images that make up your brand. This will be rough but effectively designed. We will present this website idea to you and demonstrate how the general flow of your site will be executed. You’ll have three free rounds of revisions before we work on bringing your website to life.

Second Draft: Now that we’re on the same page, we'll build your site further! We'll create a first draft of the entire website (and its mobile version). After many test runs to ensure the buttons and forms are working, we'll present them to you. You'll have up to 3 free revisions to perfect the flight path you choose!

Final Touch-Ups: You have a website that you love! Yay! It's time to make sure it’s easy to access! We will work on basic SEO optimization, applying favicons and share banners, ensuring proper naming of pages, and double and triple checking any of the backend work needed to get your site running! We’ll apply your domain and connect to your preferred analytics platform. Any last touches required to make your website magical will happen.

Delivery: Congratulations! We're all done! After you approve your final website, we'll launch it and provide you with a few resources that make it easier to understand. You'll have a week of email support after your project to answer any final questions you may have!

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and you may need to cancel your branding project.
We offer a cancellation policy that allows for flexibility while still protecting our time and resources. Since our payments are milestone-based, cleared milestones cannot be refunded.
However, if you need to cancel your project before all milestones are completed, we require a 5% cancellation fee of the remaining cost. This ensures that we are compensated for work completed and allows us to allocate our resources to other projects. You are free to cancel your project at any time, and we are happy to discuss any concerns or questions you may have about the cancellation process.

Yes, we offer website design services in addition to our branding packages. Our website design services can be purchased separately. To get started, designing a website requires at least a logo, color palette, and typography kit. So, if you don’t already have a brand, start here! We’ll figure out your website right after.
If you need a quick website to start promoting your brand, consider scheduling two or three VIP Design Sprints with us. Day 1 can focus on your branding, Day 2 on your website foundation, and Day 3 can cover any additional touch-ups or assets you need to be created.
