Investing in a VIP Design Sprint is not just about paying for a service; it’s about investing in your business’s future. Here’s the breakdown.
One six-hour production day
VIP Design Sprint
$1,250 per sprint. One agreed design priority, pre-sprint planning, a scheduled feedback point, and file or page handoff.
Pay 50% to reserve your date and the remaining 50% before production begins on your sprint day.
For a regular design rhythm
Annual Sprint Plan
One six-hour sprint each month for 12 months at $950/month, a total commitment of $11,400. Each day has its own agreed scope and preparation requirements. This is a twelve-month plan, not a month-to-month retainer.
A VIP Design Sprint reserves six production hours for your agreed priority. Planning, required materials, feedback timing, and handoff are confirmed in writing before your day. Extra scope or extra production days require a separate quote.

Jumping into a VIP Design Sprint is exciting, but it's totally normal to have a few questions before we get started. Here’s a quick rundown of some common questions to help put your mind at ease:

My schedule tends to fill up fast, and I’m often booked a few weeks in advance. It’s best to reach out as soon as you think you’re ready so we can secure your spot and start the prep work.

Before the sprint, we agree one priority and the deliverables. Supply final approved copy, usable brand assets, selected images, account access and decision-maker availability by the preparation deadline in your agreement. Missing materials may require a revised scope or date.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least three days in advance. We’ll find a new date that works for both of us, no sweat.

We agree one priority and a realistic six-hour production scope before booking. If an additional request or a larger scope needs more time, I explain the options and quote it separately before proceeding. Extra production time is not included in the day rate.

By agreement and subject to availability, the six production hours may be scheduled as two three-hour sessions. Splitting the schedule does not add production time. We confirm dates and feedback windows before booking.

The six-hour VIP Design Sprint is $1,250. A 50% deposit reserves your date; the remaining 50% is due on the morning of the sprint. The annual plan is $950 per month for 12 months ($11,400 total). Your agreement confirms billing and scheduling. No additional payment discount is assumed.

Yes, your input is crucial! You don’t have to be on the call all day, but being available to provide feedback as I work will ensure the designs align perfectly with your vision.
